Hello and welcome to Lenka’s kitchen once again! It’s been a while, I know. But let’s be real, who would want to cook with a thigh-to-heel leg prison? And with that being said, that leg prison actually brought me to exploring and revisiting some of the old gems. The thing is, when you are forced to sit on the sofa with your knee lifted high, you can easily gain a pound or two (or five, shhhh). Even walking past the fridge made me put on weight. I decided to skip carbohydrates, or at least try to minimize them. So no bread, no pasta, no croissant... And the recipe I decided to share with you today is one of the healthier ones.
